First things first, if you’d like to order from Hopsmart, you need to create an account on our website. It’s free, it’s quick, it requires only your email address and a few other fields to fill in.

Once you’ve provided us with that information, we will need some time to confirm your account registration (usually happens within a day). After your account is confirmed, you will become an officially registered user and be able to:

  • view the entire list of available products and their price

  • place orders

  • apply various discounts to your order

Ordering process

Browse our website to find the products you’d like to buy and add them to your shopping cart. Please note that there are two available sizes – 11 lbs and 44 lbs. The minimum order size is 11 lbs. The more you buy, the more you save. Quantity discount is automatically applied at the cart.

Once you’ve placed your order, our a Hopsmart specialist will contact you within 12 hours or sooner (on business days) to confirm the order and send you a shipping quote. If everything looks right, we sign the agreement, you pay the order, and we initiate the shipping.

Shipping & Order Status

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post across Canada. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours from the date of agreement and payment of order.

You can check the status of your order inside your account on the Hopsmart website. Once shipped, we’ll email you the tracking information.
