Returns and Cancellations

Returns

  1. To ensure there are no damaged or missing items, Hopsmart customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery. If you have discovered a damaged or missing item, please notify us immediately.

  2. To return an order, you need to contact us for a return authorization number, and then ship the product back to the address we provide you with. The items in a returned order must be unused and retain their original packaging, with all accessories and documents in place.

For a successful return, packages must be without signs of opening, filled with gas, as they were sent to the client.

Also, returned items must be shipped within 30 (thirty) days starting from the date of delivery. We are not responsible for discrepancies beyond this time period. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. For most general or defective returns, we will process your credit once we have confirmation that the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for credits to be issued, following delivery to our warehouse.

Please note that items that we were purchased as part of a promotion, sales, or close-out are non-returnable.

  1. All returned items will be inspected. Damaged or incomplete items will be refused. Damages resulting from shipping should be noted with the carrier.

Order cancellation

If an order has not been shipped yet, it can be cancelled. All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% (or a minimum of $20.00) restocking fee.
